As a part of an annual motivational event for employees and sponsors, we organized two consecutive days for our internationally positioned IT client. Many participants are still talking about those 2 days. The focus of Day 1 was a digital scavenger hunt across the capital, in which everyone was able to prove themselves against a wide variety of challenges. After successfully completing the individual stations, further clues led to the evening location – a cosy beach restaurant, located next to the beautiful Spree river. An extensive BBQ and award ceremony awaited the employees at the end of this journey.

The venue for the second day was called "Euref-Campus" in Berlin-Schöneberg, where many companies are based, in fields of business like energy, sustainability and mobility. As we focus more and more on sustainable, environmentally friendly implementations for our events, this was the perfect event location for us and the client. Apart from the evaluation of the current fiscal year and several interesting lectures by participants and the management, we had various other activities on our schedule – including guided tours on the campus, an action-packed volleyball competition, climbing up to the 78-meter high “gasometer” and a thrilling party at the end of this successful day.
